Barbecue Rosé. Grippy with some depth, this is certainly a wine best enjoyed with food. That savoury and earthy flutter plays a neat hand. Throw it at some skirt steak or a snag on bread - winning!
With a red cordial appearance, don't be afraid of colour. Not all Rosé needs to have that pale salmon appearance and this Holm Oak release certainly bucks that trend.
Scents of capsicum, cut herbs and blackberries skip from the glass. A wine with good mouthfeel, red apple and red currants are moreish with a captivating textural presence. Fine black pepper is dusted throughout adding detail. Give me a large pour thanks.
