Oxford Landing One to One Shiraz 2021

A bag of Burger Rings will partner this just Shiraz just fine.
Through a partnership with Greenfleet, every six bottles of One to One enjoyed will see another square metre of bushland planted in the ‘One to One Bushland’. The ‘One to One Bushland’ is located in the On Dja Dja Wurrung Country in Central Victoria, where Greenfleet is restoring the native ecosystem at Ngulambarra, meaning “meeting place” in Djaara language. This project is playing an important role in restoring endangered temperate woodlands and enhancing biodiversity, while also supporting the values of Traditional Owners.

The fruit is sustainably grown and made with minimal intervention. Vegan friendly and low in preservatives, the bottle is also made up of 98% recycled lightweight glass.

It kicks off with dark plums, burnt dark chocolate, baking spices, tilled earth and burnt ends. Quite a diverse mix of scents and flavours but it works. Still firm to taste with a vice like grip, a handful of spices run long. Overall, it goes okay.

Drink to three years.
