Buy now and indulge in later. A wine for the long haul.
Heavy oak makes its mark early. Coffee grounds and chocolate kick in too. Have now and the oak may push you away - it's big. The second day of tasting this wine really stepped up. And again the third day. Dangerously smooth, hazelnuts, dark berry fruit and pan juices add depth with velvety and silky tannins rolling out to a long and sustained finish where the hazelnuts shine. I'd like to see it again in a few years as I suspect it will improve furthermore.
