It spends 12 months in barrel and delivers all the Black Forest goodness that the variety is capable of showing. Long and persistent, I just want to get in deep with the chocolate, blackberries, black currants and plums - delicious! Well made with some grip and interest, not to mention the persistent finish, I'd happily recommend it.
