Seeing 30% new French oak and nine months on lees, generous is certainly the word when you explore its mouthfeel and shape. Melted butter, barbecued peach and nectaries, figs and nougat, it's a wine that needs some food by its side. Gnocchi with a burnt butter sauce would do the trick.
