A versatile wine, this Nouveau blend would even take a chill in the warmer months - Christmas Day lunch is certainly not out of the question. It slides down with ease offering plenty of fruit to support a savoury backbone of chocolate, char, dried herbs and black pepper. The raspberries from the Grenache flex and lead the way. Silky, inviting and quite delicious, this is great drinking.
