A super sweet after-dinner treat to sip on or to pour over ice cream.
Rich and alive with generous handfuls of candied orange and candied apricot, marmalade, apricot nectar and sweet tinned apricots. These flow through the mouth like thick ribbons of flavour with a cleansing acid whipping up the tail. The residual sugar certainly makes its mark, though. It could follow through a little more, but I suspect the ginger spices will mask that.
