A Rosé with presence and density, it has a watermelon juice appearance in the glass which is quite different to what the bottle pic infers.
Rhubarb, red apple and red currants drive the aroma and fruit profile with a thread of creamy white chocolate pinned to the core with a flicker of black pepper for good measure. But there is a weight and muscular shape that demands that it sit beside food. The voluptuous tannins confirm that furthermore. Casual barbecue gear, a snag on bread or burger would do the job perfectly.
