An age-worthy wine, give this some time to chill out and it softens beautifully. Right in the slot, it's all dark berries, char, dark chocolate, hints of licorice with well-handled oak for the win. Layered with detail, the complexity and length for days cap it off as a sprinkling of fine baking spices has the last word. No one loses with wines like this in their glass. Yes!
