Plum and dark cherry fruit walks gracefully initially before gaining some momentum on day two of tasting. Blackberries, five spice and even some ruby grapefruit waltz in with the earthy tones and undergrowth. Elegant through the mouth, it's the gorgeous perfume of dried red flowers, dried herbs and sauteed mushrooms which keeps me going back. Perfectly balanced, this will live long. An incredible Pinot Noir hands down.
