Made exclusively from the Mendosa clone, the fruit for this wine is picked later and fermented in 30% new French oak.
Some Chardonnays are served too cold. Don't make that mistake with this wine so you can appreciate its personality in full.
Concentrated white and yellow stonefruit flows consistently in waves. Riding on the back is a creamy vanilla drive and some lemon juice. A touch of nougat and roasted cashews late with a fine ginger spice purring on a long finish. A lemony tang the parting gift. Beautiful!
