A limited-edition Riesling made from 400 Riesling vines scattered throughout the old Shiraz vineyard.
Bone dry, it's chalky with sour apple and green apple fruit with tinges of lemon juice. Scents of field flowers and some bath powder add pleasure too. Tight through the mouth, that tension keeps urging you back for more. Great stuff and sure to whoo a new legion of fans.
