I liked the aroma profile better than the taste.
Scents of raspberries, cherry ripe, tar, cloves and black earth all getting my attention. The red and dark fruit seems a little ho-hum. Drying with bright red apple acidity, a barbecue snag and glass would be fair partners.
Drink now to five years.
