Made with 100% Gingin clone, the fruit was whole bunch pressed to barrel and saw 10 months on lees and 40% new oak. There was no MLF and it was bottled filtered not fined.
From the Margaret River dance floor in Karridale, sleek lines of lemon juice, white nectarine, lemon sherbet and vanilla fuse to produce an engaging and thought-provoking drink. Delicate ginger spices speak softly. The fruit purity cannot be underestimated. Wonderfully balanced, the acidity is impeccable. That sizzling finish just wants me reaching for more and it's futile to resist. Excellent!
