So perfumed, this is a glorious Riesling. It was even picked on a full moon for those that love that kind of thing. Tim Smith says, "Ice buckets, friends, seafood." Bingo! He nailed it!
Scents of bath salts and bath powder, a minerally drive cruises through the mouth. White flowers, lemon zest and juice, and river stones cap off that minerality. Dry with talc-like feels, this is a refreshing drink with a classy drying finish. Find me that summer sunshine with a large glass and those ice buckets and friends.
