A herbaceous Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc from Pike & Joyce.
It's a wine with all those green things - cut herbs, gooseberry, pineapple sage, green capsicum and green melon. It's not my style, but I can see how some would gravitate to this. It's by no means offensive, but the leafy, green things don't spin my wheels. A lime juice and lime sorbet tang cuts in on close. The bright acidity is ready to carve through the fat of some fish and chips.
