It opens with yellow nectarines, glace pineapple and green mango. Curious whispers of green capsicum loom up with time in the glass. Some pastry feels are brushed throughout but even after a couple of days there is a pinch from the acidity - very pineapple like. I'm left with more questions than answers which is far from what I've come to expect with Varney Wines in the past.
