Bright and vibrant, I'm being taken to places drenched in chorizo and raspberries. There's a meatiness which has me fixated with a dusting of savoury dried herbs to add value. Drying, it oozes moreishness with fine spices riding long into the night. Barbecues and tapas night kinda gear.
