This Semillon is tipping the curve and starting to show age characteristics. Concentrated lemon and preserved lemon with bright acidity shining and showing encouraging promise for a long future. Touches of key lime pie and pastry can be seen before a lemony tang lingers on a persistent finish. One to savour but I'd tuck it away and leave it for another five years yet. But that's just me.
