Tim Smith Viognier 2019

There are a few Viogniers I would highly recommend and this wine from Tim Smith is one of them. Year after year it keeps delivering the goods.

A rich and generous style, I find it a little more aromatic than previous vintages. Sourced from two Eden Valley vineyards as in normally the case, honeycomb, white peach, apricot nectar and almond flower. Yellow peaches drive through with fine ginger nut biscuit spice sprinkled around the edges. A wine that just flows beautifully - a class act.

Drink to five years.
