Pasta, PJs and a glass or two of this Jericho Tempranillo for the win!
Tasty stuff at a most reasonable price, crushed dried red flowers, char and cured meats, this shines all the way with expected varietal delights. Dark cherries and plums slowly engulf the palate with meaty spices and barbecue rub spices. Some smokiness heightens its food matching capabilities, but I just want to get comfy with a bowl of ragu. Delightful, approachable and throatable - winning!
