Mulberries, blueberries and dark cherries roll through with ease, backed by a ripple of raspberry choc brownie for good measure. There’s a meaty undertone with pan juices in play - classic Mataro doing its thing. The palate has a delicious shape and feel, all while keeping its vibrance and dancy factor intact. Nothing overripe or weighty here, just balance, poise and drinkability. Very well done.
