Provence Rosé seems to be all the rage, but damn, there are some excellent styles coming from Australia. Rush to this superb release from Sutton Grange - you won't regret it. I suspect you'll probably be running back for more.
A blend of Syrah, Cabernet, Sangiovese plus a dollop of Viognier, it kicks off with rhubarb, the white bit of the strawberry, white cherries and white raspberries are all the range here. A flicker of dried herbs adds some savoury appeal but the width and breadth of the creamy drive through the palate is the game changer courtesy of time in seasoned French oak. It's a wine that grabs your soul with two hands and gives you that passionate embrace that perhaps you yearn for. An excellent Rosé, go here. Please do.
