One thing is for sure: these Pizzini wines are never short on personality. This Fiano is an excitable thing with handfuls of fruit to please and an energetic acidity buzzing around. It's a smart buy for 25 bucks.
Scents of apricot skin muse with white fleshed stonefruit and lemons that are the order of the day. A lithe creaminess tucks in underneath with a minerally core the feature. A lemony sherbet tang stakes its claim late but seafood is calling you loudly with each glass. It's hard to knock the freshness on offer, not to mention the sundowner appeal. Yes please!
