Handpicked from the 19 year old vines, five clones are planted in Block 3. Made with 100% whole bunch before being sent to seasoned French oak (25% new), this is quite the treat.
A succulent introduction of strawberries and red cherries flicks the switch as apricot kernel and orange peel nestle in behind. It's earthy with mushroom compost, black tea, dried leaves and twigs building an attractive and defined savoury profile. It reaches long yet glides with ease. There is no denying the sophistication that echoes throughout. Super fine spices complement the equally delicate tannins that float and tease. An excellent Pinot Noir.
