An off-dry Riesling from ChaLou with a starburst of fruit delight. Woah!
The sweetness has been managed beautifully. Free run juice with pressings was fermented to dryness with the pressings adding a fabulous textural appeal. And it's that texture and minerally vibe I can't get enough of. If anything, these ChaLou and Dreaded Friend wines are simply an exploration of texture and I'm all in. Scents of white flowers and citrus blossom move to pears and an engaging citrus drive. made for spicy Asian food or a blistering hot day by the pool, this is a great wine.
