Spending ten years on lees, the complexity reaches long. Bready and biscuity, it smells of blue cheese and has me thinking of a cheese board, naturally. Cashews, preserved lemons and some concentrated white fleshed stonefruit build layers of interest with an elongated finish leaving plenty to consider.
