With a vision of bringing Provence to the brand, viticulturist and co-owner Charles Simons has achieved his goal with this Rosé. Summer barbecues are sorted with this in your glass, it's tasty gear indeed.
Three rows of Cabernet and two rows of Merlot contributed this this savoury delight. Cabernet rushes at you from the outset with some blackcurrant leaf and red berry delish hot on its tail. Drawing moisture from the mouth, sheets of creaminess stride out with soft spices framing the edges. The soft tannin structure certainly heightens its food friendly appeal and the white bit of the watermelon on close ups the moreish appeal. Very well done.
