Pinot Noir from Philip Shaw Wines with an easygoing persona.
Bright and fragrant, scents of dried petals and rose water spill from the glass. Red berries, red cherries, tilled earth and some meatiness all work in unison with some dried herbs scattered through a respectable length. Good stuff.
