Cook's Lot #666 Pinot Gris 2015

True Gris in style, lots of poached pear and apple textural appeal. Some barrel fermentation has done its bit here too.

The label says nougat and I won't disagree either. There's a ginger spice tickle which hangs on for dear life. Nice! Quite wholesome, I'd happily sip on a couple of glasses no trouble at all.

And as with all the Cook's Lot wines, this represents great value again.

Very good.
