Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Pinot Gris 2015

Absolutely effortless. Damn this is pleasurable.

The fruit moves through the mouth with consummate ease. Not a hair out of place as it rolls through offering delicious fruit and clever use of barrel work. Whole bunch pressed, wild fermentation and 100% malo then seven months on lees in old French oak.

Poached pear, honey notes, delicate florals plus vanilla cream sit proudly. Each meshing with the other to share the limelight. Delicious textural and phenolic appeal waltzes through enticing another sip. The finish is long and satisfying. Dare I say the asking price is too cheap for the quality delivered - one for the black book.

Drink now to three years.
