Always a reliable entry level wine, this sample seemed to get lost in the deluge. It was quite fortuitous though as it was lined up in the end with another seven Pinots from the Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Valley in an interesting bracket. As you'd expect with wines from TMBT, it held up very well.
Dancing across the mouth - it's youth telling. There's almost a spritzy type feel but not quite.
Alive with red fruits and strawberry kisses, dried red flower aromas add further appeal. On the lighter side of medium bodied, a shake of spice rattles through the mouth flanked by earthy and twiggy red fruits. A great drink.
Drink now to five years.
