A delicious post dinner sweetie to sip slowly beside a cheesecake or citrus tart. Terrific value too.
Scents of apricots and canned apricot nectar, orange marmalade and burnt orange. There's a sweaty and damp character too - enough to pique curiosity but not enough to put you off. Citrus fruit drives through easing to a burnt orange finish. Long, the mouth is pasted with flavour though not as thick as some Botrytis wines.
Drinking well now but cellaring up to ten years is well within reach.
