Soumah Brachetto Tranquillo 2020

I sip this thinking about the berry terrine I once saw on Surfing the Menu - gee, that was a while back... Good stuff this.

A scarce variety in Australia, Brachetto has Roman roots. Not overly sweet, there's a supply factor about this wine as it slides through with ease. Lychees, strawberries, red cherries and dashes of white pepper. Swirl the glass a little more and Turkish Delight rises up. Something different to finish off your night.

Drink now.
