Aphelion PIR Chenin Blanc 2020

A ripping example of Chenin Blanc that could be mistaken for a Fiano. Race to this.

Wonderfully textural, white stonefruits and some pear skin capture your imagination. Its freshness and vibrancy is impressive yet there's a considered creamy mouthfeel that brings focus and further interest. This is a result of 50% seeing barrel fermentation for several months. From 50-year-old Blewitt Springs vines, cut red apple gains momentum with time. Fine spices are headed by cinnamon plus a dash of ginger as they subtly pulsate to a long and satisfying finish. Classy and then some.

Drink to five years.
