What struck me about this wine from the outset was the energy it has about it. It wants to be in you.
Whole bunch pressed with 30% new French oak.
Tightly wound and racy, it's lean with flint, some butter and creamy oak. A lemon pith ripple rides through nicely. There's a touch of sulfites. That leanness keeps getting my attention though. Length can't be faulted.
