I feel I should be wearing white gloves as I taste this - it's so delicate in the mouth. A Chardonnay/Pinot Noir blend (60/40) which spent two to three years on lees.
Packed with citrus and green apples, the super fine bead makes it look ultra inviting. Clean flavours cruise through framed by tight acid and a mineral ripple. Persistent all the way to a long finish which is crisp and damn refreshing. Not bone dry - there's 10.5g/L of RS which will further appeal for some.
