AIX Rosé 2016

The French know how to summer in Australia. A perfect partner for a warm day, this Rosé is even better suited to backyard cricket. A cracker!

A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault with a splash of Carignan, this is absolutely delicious.

Right in the slot, it's savoury and balanced perfectly with fruit. Long and flavoursome, a great example of what lofty heights thoughtful Rosé can achieve. Think red apple, lingering fine spices and citrus peel with a delicate creamy drive. Classy, supple and moreish.

I've seen this on retail shelves at $29 - pricey for some but the quality cannot be disputed.

Drink now.
