There's plenty to sink your teeth in to. Lemon balm, citrus zest and lemon juice aromas. Honeyed tones schmooze on in with a curious oyster shell aroma with more time in the glass. Delicate toasted cashews kick in and peel back another level of interest. Fruit and acid are balanced oh just fine. Quite generous without overpowering. A super Semillon drink for its age. A super drink full stop. Excellent value.
