Whiskey Gully Wines Reserve Chardonnay 2015

Roast Pork and Chardonnay are great mates. I pulled this out of the cellar for a looksie - and it's looking good too.

A generous style of Chardonnay but trim around the edges shaped by delicious acidity. Scents of toasted cashews, fig, whispers of Jersey caramel and butter cream. Rich to taste, toffee apple makes a charge too before a delicious squeeze of lemon juice adds further interest finishing with a lick of melted butter.

Drink now to 2025.
