I was a BIG fan of the Bricco Ambrogio 2021! If only I had more time to peruse this while tasting at the cellar door. But for the time I had, this made a severe impact.
From a north-east facing vineyard at 220-270m above, it is grown in limestone soils. Think purple florals, mint, licorice, orange peel and negroni things. Just divine. So elegant and graceful, it will pair with softer proteins such as chicken and salmon. Go here.
