More muscular and tannic, dark cherries are the beating heart with red flowers, licorice, tar, leather and balsamic notes building an impressive frame. Slowly awaking while I swirled the glass, I was under some time pressure regrettably, and I would have like to have sat with this and the 2021 a little longer. Irrespective, the interest and detail build a compelling case.
