Montalto Estate Pinot Gris 2015
Creamy, textural, delicious and then some. Fermented and aged in old oak, this is class.
Spiced and poached pear, honeysuckle, apple strudel, a shake of spice and a ever slight limey citrusy twang. I keep coming back to the mouthfilling creaminess though, it's quite alluring.
Well balanced with buckets of easy drinking appeal - another glass please!
