Soumah Brachetto d'Soumah 2016

A little known Italian grape known to these shores. There are only a few plantings of it in Australia with this fruit sourced from the King Valley not surprisingly - there's lots of Italian there.

A versatile drink covering anything from aperitif to after dinner drinks.

It's a has a bit of fizz. It's a bit sweet. It's low in alcohol (9.5%). Think strawberries, roses, berry tart, and sweet cranberries. Dry to finish it's pretty good but not something I could drink a lot of. Think of it as a palate cleanser.

Drink now.
