So I'm told the Queensland sales team made a call to produce a high end Rosé to be sold on premise. An idea with merit, the winemaking team whipped into action and delivered this first release coming from the old bush vines from the Tri-Centenary vineyard.
Perfect lunchtime drinking, the team have nailed the brief and sales on premise in Queensland and other areas have been impressive I'm informed.
A dry Rosé, freeze dried raspberries roll effortlessly through the mouth with a creamy texture through the mid palate. Red fruits ride the undertow with a deft touch of nuttiness.
Pleasure in pink one could say, I could happily drink a few glasses.
Drink now.
