"Treasure, that is what you are..." The opening line from Bruno Mars' song Treasure is more than appropriate here. Coming from vines originally planted in 1969 with some cuttings taken and planted in the early 80's, 20% whole bunch dials up the sexy factor.

On the darker fruit spectrum for Pinot. It's earthy, whiffs of cardamom, aniseed, clove and pine needles - lots of savoury action but complemented by sumptuous dark cherries and plum fruit. Super soft with a fine ribbed drying tannin, the depth grabs you with two hands begging for you to repeat the dose. Embrace this 'treasure' with your best glassware.
