Di Giorgio Family Wines Shiraz 2014

Aromas of raw steak, stewed plum, it feels a bit heavy for a 2014 new release.

The fruit on the mid palate comes and goes quicker than expected. Smokey oak with an absolute smidge of mint sitting in the background. There's a dash of peppery spice too. Red apple like acid staying true but I can't help but feel bogged down.

Drink now to five years.
