Red Top Petit Manseng 2014

This is a community made wine crushed and fermented within the walls of the Craft Wine Store, Brisbane. The fruit comes from Mark Kirkby's Topper's Mountain vineyard in New England with the winemaking overseen by Mike Hayes.

A crown seal adorns the top of the bottle. Pale copper in appearance, skin contact clearly took place. For how long though I wouldn't know.

Ginger beer, peach syrup, ginger bread aromas. Textured with some spice on exit. There's a fluency to it but it's a heavier type than what I expected.

Not a bad drink but I'd have no more than a glass.
