Oliver's Taranga Corrina's Shiraz Cabernet 2016

This is the best I've seen of this blend. A delicious wine with serious gravitating pull. Lazy Friday nights on the lounge and a glass of this to cure your work week blues.

Quite rich and generous, I like how this shapes up. Some may see it as too big - I'm pleased I'm not one of them.
Coconut rough, raspberries dipped in dark chocolate, some tar and blackcurrant. There's a caramel thing peering through just enough to be noticed. Coffeed oak seems to be part of the Oliver's Taranga landscape of late, something I don't mind to be honest. The finish is long with some fruit sweetness hitching a ride. I could slurp this long time.

Drink now to eight years.
