Organic Tempranillo from Mudgee. Good tapas drinking.
Medium bodied with a punch coming late. Dark cherry fruit, leather, mocha and a lick of fruit sweetness. Smoked meats are ribbed throughout. Puckering chalky tannins sap all moisture from the mouth calling for some food to partner it.
